Class Description: This training supports childcare administrators in their efforts to strengthen systems of staff recruitment and improve their ability to retain quality staff. Topics: developing effective job descriptions, conducting effective interviews and establishing hiring processes, creating an orientation for new employees, and providing ongoing feedback and performance management. This training is delivered in an online format and full participation is required to receive credit for the class.

Participants are responsible for printing and bringing the required handouts to class.
Participants who are more than 15 minutes late or leave more than 15 minutes early will NOT receive credit for the class.
